Elite’s Realty Group is a luxury real estate company based in Saranda, Albania, serving international clients looking to invest in high-end properties. While the company had a strong visual brand and a solid market presence, their website was not fully optimized to reach its full organic growth potential on Google.

The goal of our collaboration was to identify every technical and SEO-related issue on the site that could be limiting visibility,  and to provide a clear roadmap for fixing those issues. By resolving these problems, Elite’s Realty Group would be positioned to outperform local competitors and dominate the search results for relevant real estate queries in Saranda.

The SEO Gaps Behind a Strong Presence

Elite’s Realty Group already held a leading position on Google for luxury real estate in Saranda, especially for foreign searchers. But despite that success were overlooked technical issues and missed SEO opportunities that could limit long-term growth and stability.

The website had minor structural problems, like inconsistent heading hierarchy, misused semantic tags, and a few broken interface elements, which, while not catastrophic, weakened Google’s full understanding of the site. These subtle flaws could easily become growth blockers as competition intensifies.

My role wasn’t to fix what was broken, it was to ensure the site could continue scaling with confidence.

My Approach to Securing SEO Dominance

To help Elite’s Realty Group break through the competition, I followed a hands-on and strategic approach.I manually analyzed how the site is structured, how Google interprets it, and what hidden issues were limiting its potential. The goal was to uncover every technical weakness and turn it into a growth opportunity. Here’s how I approached the project:

Strategic Audit

I went beyond automated tools. Every issue was manually validated and prioritized based on business impact and SEO performance, not just what a scanner said.

Code-Level Inspection

I inspected the source code to evaluate heading structure, HTML semantics, and element hierarchy, ensuring the site’s content is clear to Google and accessible to users.

UX + SEO Synergy

I didn’t just look at rankings. I checked for user experience blockers that could affect engagement and conversions, like broken buttons or confusing layouts.
