For this project, I partnered with Siguracion Makine Online, a licensed insurance agent based in Durrës, Albania, to create a modern, responsive website that would act as a digital center for the services they provide. I provided an entire digital solution that was suited to their objectives, from a simple and easy-to-use design to localized SEO that places the website on Google for important insurance terms. The end result is a mobile-friendly, quick-loading website that not only showcases their expertise but also produces leads via organic traffic and user-friendly contact information.

Project Goals

The customer came to me with a clear idea:

They wanted a strong, quick-loading, and simple to use website that would make it possible for customers to browse their offerings and get in touch with them, particularly on mobile devices. Additionally, in order to increase their presence on Google and attract clients in organic traffic in the very competitive insurance business, they required effective local SEO.

Their goals included:

Building a modern website.

Making it easy for users to learn about each type of insurance offered.

Capturing more leads via contact and quote forms.

Showing up on Google search and Google Maps for relevant insurance-related searches in Albania.

Providing blog functionality for future content.

My Role

Website Design & Development

  • Designed a custom, responsive website tailored to the client’s branding and service offerings.
  • Ensured a mobile-first layout to cater to Albanian users on smartphones.
  • Structured service pages for each insurance product (TPL, Karton Jeshil, Polica Kufitare, Full Kasko, Auto SOS).
  • Integrated contact forms and lead capture features on key pages.

Local SEO Strategy

  • Performed local keyword research targeting Albanian insurance search terms.
  • Optimized meta tags, headings, and on-page content for Google visibility.
  • Set up and enhanced the Google Business Profile for map listings and local search.
  • Implemented smart internal linking and schema markup for better indexing.

Technical SEO

  • Optimized for speed using image compression, caching, and clean code.
  • Ensured mobile usability and compliance with Google Core Web Vitals.
  • Configured Google Search Console for monitoring indexing and SEO health.

Content Writing

  • Wrote clear, engaging, and SEO-optimized website content in Albanian.
  • Structured service descriptions to answer common user questions.
  • Prepared the site to support future blog posts and content strategy.

Siguracion Makine Online is a licensed agent of SIGAL UNIQA Group Austria, one of the leading insurance providers in Albania. Based in Durrës, the company offers a wide range of car insurance services including TPL (third party liability), Karton Jeshil (Green Card), Polica Kufitare (Border Insurance), and Full Kasko plans. Their focus is on providing fast, reliable, and professional service to clients both in person and online. As more Albanians look for services online, Siguracion Makine Online wanted to modernize their digital presence to match the convenience and speed of their offline service. Their goal was to become the go-to choice for online car insurance in Durrës and the surrounding areas, and that’s where I stepped in.
